How Can I Cancel
By direct email, please note any orders that have been processed and in transit will accrue an extra admin and return delivery charge. [email protected]

Change My Order?
Once the order has been placed no changes can be made. You can cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. Orders that are in transit will accrue a return charge.  Email [email protected] with any queries

Do I need an account to place an order?
It is advisable to set up an account with us, as this will help with both future orders and promotional wine qualification. One off orders are more than welcome.

How Do I Track My Order?
Your order will be tracked vial our courier system, which we will need both your email address and mobile phone for updated information on your order

How Can I Return a Product?
Our return policy: must include the following

  • The product must have a valid reason why you require the item to be returned
  • Wine fault, damaged item are valid reasons /all products must be checked if possible while the driver is in front of you as once signed the consignment has been accepted in good condition.

  • Item must be sealed and securely packed ready for collection
  • Refunds will only be refunded once the faulty item has been returned
  • If the product has been delivered damaged please follow A-H along with a photo please do not attempt to send broken items back.
