…but this isn’t the end of our story

HonkyTonk was always about community, and we are deeply grateful for the friendships, memories and support we received over the years. Zoe and I feel incredibly fortunate to have shared that journey with you.
What Happens Next
Over the past six years, alongside the restaurant, we’ve quietly been building something new.
A health and wellness concept centred around personalised, test-based nutrition — helping people understand their bodies better and make smarter long-term health decisions.
This next chapter is where we’ll be focusing our time and energy.
