Ideally, we are looking for someone to replace Chef Don as he migrates his role to manager of Honkytonk. - Flexible route

- Menu planning with head chef

HonkyTonk Wine Library opened its doors September 2018 and has enjoyed growth month, month. The co-owners Fitz & Zoe Spencer, who from completely different background? cryptocurrency tumbler Fitz spent many years as a chef himself along many years in the wine trade a passion for both food and great wine, along with other businesses interests
Zoe holds the key to both design and the business operational day to day running. A background in clerical office management organisation.
Donovan Spencer has had vast experience as a chef and worked in some of the south west key hotel and restaurant. Bags of energy and a key eye for detail.
HonkyTonk clientele ranges from age 30 plus, mainly women lead, followed by couples, along with a good local business following.
Our food is all about sharing, which reflects within our menus.
It is important you understand we are not like mainstream restaurants. Donavan has developed amazing sharing boards that have become extremely popular with our growing clientele.
We run events from wine tasting, to Jazz roast Sunday, and Comedy nights.
Honkytonk has plans of expanding in 2022 /23 so our staff our very much key to our growth. We are very much about putting our customer and staff first as our ethos is very much about creating a warm welcoming environment.
We understand catering is a hard trade to work in, So our aim to maintain a happy family vibe where laughter is key but most of all respect of your co-workers and helping us all to gel, which is more important than your experience. As happy team, creates happy an environment to work in.
