Perrier Jouet Grand Brut was first created in 1846 and Herve Deschamps is only the 7th Cellar Master to take the reins and continue the consistency of this delicate, elegant and beautifully balanced Champagne. Red grapes dominate with 45% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier which deliver flavours of white cherry, ripe apricot, pickled ginger and honeyed notes.
